Explore Our Enrollment Process

1) Schedule a Tour

Families begin by completing the Tour Request Form on our website.

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a time for you to visit the school, meet our educators, and see our classrooms.

2) Visit Hope Day School

During your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about our nature-based philosophy
  • See our classrooms and outdoor spaces
  • Ask questions about our curriculum and daily routines
  • Discuss your child’s schedule and availability

We believe finding the right school is an important decision, and we want families to feel comfortable and informed.

3) Enrollment Invitation

If a space is available and Hope Day School feels like the right fit for your family, we will send an enrollment invitation through the Famly app, our school communication and enrollment platform.

4) Complete Enrollment in Famly App

Families will complete the enrollment process in the Famly app, which includes:

  • Completing your child’s profile and required forms
  • Uploading immunization records and required documents
  • Reviewing school policies
  • Setting up billing and payment information

5) Pay Registration & Deposit

To secure your child’s space, families will submit:

  • Registration Fee: $200 (non-refundable)

6) Welcome to Hope Day School

Once enrollment is complete, we’ll send everything you need to prepare for your child’s first
day, including:

  • Classroom information
  • What to bring
  • Start date details
  • Access to daily updates through the Famly app
